This is bias and fixed on the belief that government has the right to control and/or deny civil liberties at will. The government has no right or power to do so. No statue can request or make a prerequisite to exercise of right, no law can be used to convert a right into a privilege, nor a crime, and any law that does so can be ignored and the citizen can exercise their right (liberty) with impunity…. it was argued in The New York Journal Supplement in the events leading up to the revolutionary war "it is a natural right which the people have reserved to themselves, confirmed by the Bill of Rights, to keep arms for their own defense...." “… even against government agents“…. Etc… “ A well regulated militia, necessary for a free state’…” - they removed the requirement of the militia that all people must join at a certain age to not affect the peoples liberty, same for the religious requirement, and a “free State” would not be free if the people had no right to arms for the defense and the right to survive. Man without right to defend is nothing more than a slave… licensing a right is unconstitutional. Background checks are unconstitutional…. Everyone is trading there liberty for false sense of security…. Minority rights overrule any law , democracy’s majority vote, and rules of safety…. ….”LAW IS INVALID WHEN RIGHTS ARE DENIED” - Slave of New Jersey
