This was a very special episode in my view where Rich and I discuss some of the difficult issues surrounding immigration, indigenous people and affirmative action. As I noted in my closing remarks, Rich has taken this to a completely new and expanded realm. It should be noted that not only does Richard have strong and deep indigenous roots via the Saami peole of Finland but through his wife who is a native Hawaiian.
